 | 09:53 pm Our 2 weeks campaign has come to an end, but the rising trend in Singapore will not stop. Please continue to help spread the word We'be had so much fun creating all the buzz around SP!
I hope all of you reading this have learnt more about Domestic Violence, be it the rising issue, or the types of violence. It's always better to have learnt than to not know at all (: Thank you to all who have helped us pledge against domestic violence. We hope you would keep to your words :D
And with that, I present to you pictures of SP's CCA leaders pledging against Domestic Violence for us... Enjoy!

 | 10:05 pm Guess who we saw last week?
It was none other than the Principal of our very own school, SP!
We all agreed that he's such a friendly person and young at heart. He played the games for the ACRES Roadshow over at FC 5, and we were all there to cheer our Principal on! (: He smashed whipped cream on Kenn!
Our Stop Domestic Violence Now team supports other campaigns as well! :D

We would like to thank ALL of you who have helped us for the posters (: It was great fun watching you guys pose for the different types of violence & "acting fierce" as the abusers.
Hmm.. can you spot the familiar faces we used for the posters? (:

 | 10:16 pm - Just something everyone should know...
Physical Abuse Do not be confused between discipline & violence. Families do not leave you bruised, battered & torn.
Emotional Abuse Home is where your heart is. No one should have the right to break it, not even your family.
Verbal Abuse Families usually care enough to know what not to say. Vulgarities, words that put you down, that’s not love. That’s abuse.
Psychological Abuse Don’t let anyone play with your mind. Trust your instincts more than anyone else. Your mentality shapes how you see the world.
Sexual Abuse XXX – those explicit words. You have the freedom to decide who you should give yourself to, not your family. Home should be a safe place, not one that you should run away from. Current Mood: sympathetic
